CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and your time is just as important as mine. I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, hereβs what to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and running late: β’ Cancellations & Rescheduling β Please give at least 48 hoursβ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Unpaid fees or ignored policies will result in a booking ban. β’ No Call / No Show β Missed your appointment without notice? A 50% charge still applies. More than one no-show will lead to a booking ban. β’ Deposits β All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will move with you. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. β’ Emergencies & Illnesses β If something unexpected comes up or youβre not feeling well, please reach out as soon as you can. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made. β’ Tardiness β Running behind? I allow a 10-minute grace period. If youβre later than that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to keep the day on track. β’ Weather & Road Conditions β If weather makes it unsafe to travel, donβt worryβthereβs no fee to reschedule. If I decide to close due to road conditions, Iβll be in touch to find a new time for you.
