I’m Shay Trevett, owner of Lunar Esthetix—and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. This space was built to center you. Every treatment is more than just skincare—it’s time carved out to care for yourself in a way that feels supportive, personal, and intentional. From start to finish, your experience is designed to leave you feeling seen, confident, and fully equipped with the tools and guidance you need between visits. That includes aftercare kits, product suggestions, and sometimes a few curated samples to try at home. Lunar is proudly Black-owned and female-owned. It’s body-positive, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly—no judgment, no pressure, just a space where real people with real skin goals are always welcome. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and your time is just as important as mine. I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, here’s what to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and running late: • Cancellations & Rescheduling – Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Unpaid fees or ignored policies will result in a booking ban. • No Call / No Show – Missed your appointment without notice? A 50% charge still applies. More than one no-show will lead to a booking ban. • Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will move with you. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. • Emergencies & Illnesses – If something unexpected comes up or you’re not feeling well, please reach out as soon as you can. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made. • Tardiness – Running behind? I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to keep the day on track. • Weather & Road Conditions – If weather makes it unsafe to travel, don’t worry—there’s no fee to reschedule. If I decide to close due to road conditions, I’ll be in touch to find a new time for you.
